Injury is the leading cause of wilderness emergencies. Spend two days with our Search & Rescue team medics and learn the skills to confidently handle wilderness emergencies. This course is taught based upon the Emergency Safety Care Institute curriculum.
Crash Course
The Dragon’s Tail, a.k.a. US 129, is both exhilirating, dangerous, and remote. Learn what to do when you are first on scene, how to treat the common injuries, and summon help. A portion of your tuition will be donated to Blount County Rescue Squad.
